Badrinath :- This is hindu temple Dedicated to lord Vishnu,Which is Situated in Uk. It Is Open for Six months every year Between End of April and Bigning of November.Becuase of Extreme Water Condition of Himalayas. “Mata murti ka Mela” is the most prominent festival in there. This is located in alaknanda river chamoli Distrct. The hill trek is located above 3133m. There is no historical recored about this mandir.according to hindu it is a Vishnu Maditation Place.
Kedarnath :- It is a Hindu Temple Dedicated to lord Shiva. It is situated to mandakini river in uk. The temple is open only April Akshya Tritiya to Novenmber Kartik Purnima(the autaum full moon).there is 18 km uphill trek to reach there from Gaurikund. Its height is 233 km from Rishikesh on the shores on mandakini nadi.a tributary on Ganga.
Gangotri :- It is a town or nagar panchyat in uttarkashi distrct. It is a hindu mandir, situated in Bhagirathi river origon of river Ganges. /It is on the Great Himalaya Range. Its height 3100 meters. It ws here that goddess Ganga descanded when lord shivareleased the mighty river from the locks of his hair.it is chota dham circul.
Yamunotri :- Temple is Situated in west region in garhwal in uttarkashi district. The temple is dedicated to goddess Yamuna and has a black marbleidol of the goddess. Reach here from Hanuman chatty trek 13 km and janki chatii trek 6 km. The temple is open to akshya tritiya to Second day of diwali. Its heights is 3292 m. Its surya kund has boiling water, while garikund had tepid water situated to bathing.
Chardham Itinerary (11Nts/12Days)
Day 01: Delhi / Haridwar (200 kms / 05 hrs) Pick up from Airport and leave for Haridwar. Evening free for Arti Pooja at Har ki Paoudi. Overnight stay in Hotel Haridwar.
Day 02: Haridwar / Syanachatti (260 kms / 08 hrs) Morning after breakfast leave for Syanachatti. O/N stay in Hotel Kalindi, Syanachatti.
Syanachatti:Is a scenic spot along the banks if River Yamuna that makes a lovely sight en route the trek upto Yamunotri.
Day 03: Syanachatti / Yamunotri / Syanachatti (10 kms drive / 5 hrs on foot) Morning drive 10 kms drive up to Jankichatti and 05 kms on foot for Yamunotri. Darshan and Pooja and return back to Syanachatti. O/N stay in Syanachatti.
Yamunotri: Yamunotri temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Yamunotri is the source of revered river Yamuna which originates from the Champasar Glacier lying 1 kms. Ahead of the shrine situated at an elevation of 3235 mts above sea level. The approach is extremely difficult and pilgrims therefore offer Pooja at the temple itself. The temple was built by Manharani Gularia of Jaipur in the 19th Century. Yamunotri was the home of an ancient sage Asit Muni.
Day 04: Syanachatti / Gangotri (245 kms / 06 hrs)Morning after breakfast leave for Gangotri. Evening Arti Pooja & Darshan. O/N stay Gangotri.
Gangotri: Gangotri temple is 18th Century temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga. It is located near a sacred stone where king Bhagirath worshipped Lord Shiva Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. Accordingly to another legend. Day 05: Gangotri / Uttarkashi (95 kms / 03 hrs) Morning after breakfast drive for Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 06: Uttarkashi / Rudraprayag (183 kms/ 05 hrs) Morning after breakfast drive for Rudraprayag. O/N stay in Rudraprayag. Rudraprayag: Named after Lord Shiva is situated at the confluence of river andakini originating from Kedarnath dham and river Alaknanda from Badrinath Dham – a beautiful sight to behold. The confluence has a great religious significance and thousands of Pilgrims come here to take a holy dip.
Day 07: Rudraprayag / Kedarnath (74 kms / 08 hrs) Morning after breakfast drives 74 kms for Gaurikund and from their 14 kms trek for Kedarnath. Evening darshan and Pooja at Kedarnath Temple. O/N stay in Kedarnath. Or
Rudraprayag / Badrinath (By Pawan Hans Helecopter ) Kedarnath Temple: The present temple built in 8th Century A.D. by Adi Guru Shankaracharya lies adjacent to the site of an ancient temple built by Pandavas. The temple has a conical lingam – the main idol, a statue of Nandi – the celestial bull, a ‘Garba Grah’ for worship and a man dap for assemblies of pilgrims and visitors. Thetemple is more than 1000 years old.
Day 08: Kedarnath / Rudraprayag (14 kms trek / 74 kms Drive)Morning after breakfast 14 kms trek to Gaurikund and drives 74 kms for Rudraprayag O/N stay at Rudraprayag.
Day 09: Rudraprayag / Badrinath (142 kms / 05 hrs) Morning after breakfast drive for Badrinath. En-route visit Kranprayag were two river confluence Pindar and Alaknanda river and Vishnu Prayag which two river confluence Dhauli and Alaknanda river. Evening Darshan & Pooja at Badrinath temple. O/N stay at Badrinath.
Badrinath: Cradled in the twin Mountain ranges of Nar and Narayan is the holiest of thefour main shrines – Badrinath along the left bank of river Alaknanda with the towering Neelkantha Peaks as the splendid backdrop. Once the spot was carpeted with ‘badris’ or wild berries and hence was famous as Badri van. Legend has it, when the Ganga was requested to descend to earth to help sufferinghumanity; the earth was enable to withstand the force of its decent. Therefore the mighty Ganga was split into 12 holy channels. Alaknanda was one of them that later became the abode of Lord Vishnu or Badrinath.
Day 10: Badrinath / Joshimath (45 kms / 02 hrs) Morning after breakfast drives 05 kms for last village of India is Mana Village and sightseeing visiting Vyas Gufa and Bhim Pul. Departure for Joshimath at 1100 am. Arrival Joshimath for lunch after lunch take a ride of Cable car for Auli. Evening free for visiting Shankaracharya temple. O/N stay in Joshimath
Day 11: Joshimath / Rishikesh (250 kms / 09 hrs) Morning after breakfast drive for Rishikesh. En-route visit Deoprayag two rivers confluence Bhagirath and Alaknanda River. Evening Arti Pooja at Treveni Ghat.O/N stay in Rishikesh.
Day 12: Rishikesh / Delhi (225 kms / 06 hrs) Morning after half day sightseeing at Rishikesh visiting Laxam Jhola, Ram Jhola, Ashrams and temples. After lunch drive for Delhi. Arrival Delhi. Tour Ends ……
